Apple Patents the iPhone with Curved Screen

Apple seems to have big plans for future iPhones series. In the most recent application for patent, the company describes a curved-screen iPhone, which seems to surround the entire body of the phone.

Possible with the help of a new generation of flexible displays based on AMOLED technology, the design concept may introduce a new iPhone with almost unlimited functionality. Basically, instead of physical buttons we have virtual buttons that can appear anywhere on the sides or back of the phone as needed. For example, when opening media player buttons will appear to run track and volume, for the camera are given dedicated buttons of zoom and capture.

iPad 5 could vibrate with a new Apple technology

We all know that iPad tablets haven’t mounted a vibrator motor and the device size is probably the best indicator of the plea under which this technology is missing from the product. Even so, the people from Apple intends to make us tablets that vibrate and a new proprietary technology describes the entire process. Apple plans to use iPad tablet speaker or speakers to generate alerts based on user vibration, this technology is interesting and not too difficult to implement in such a product.

In recent weeks we have reported two cases of British children that were able to produce bills of thousands of pounds buying various apps and features in those apps/games via in-app purchases. Apple has been sued because of how inappropriate they warn its users about these in-app purchases, was criticized by the press, and now has decided to mark all applications in the App Store that contains this system can leave kids without their parents money.

The cheaper iPhone will be released later this year by Apple, and the device would have the same 4-inch screen like the iPhone 5 terminal, but also a slim plastic and fiberglass. Housing of the new device would be between 0.4 and 0.6 mm thick, about half the normal carcasses that are between 0.7 and 1 mm thick. The use of plastic combined with fiberglass should do more resistant, but probably will be scratched easier.
