A month ago, Motorola Mobility managed to get two key Apple services which are the iCloud and push email service to be banned in Germany. This is because the two devices is said to have been violating the patents that Motorola has already filed and secured. Like any wise company would do, Apple had filed an appeal to the regional court as to hope that it would reconsider the decision made by the lower court.
