What’s new on TinyUmbrella 5.00.00?
Supports for iOS 5 beta 1 for all devices. TinyUmbrella also has a reminder to disable Request SHSH from Cydia and Set Hosts to Cydia on Exit optios in Settings.
TinyUmbrella now supports 5.0b1 for all devices. I’ve added a few nag messages to remind people to update their settings. “Request SHSH from Cydia” and “Set Hosts to Cydia on Exit” should be disabled by users as soon as possible especially if you are having issues saving your SHSH. Cydia is ramping down its proxy service and will eventually offer it no more. It will continue to host SHSHs and I’m working on the new TinyUmbrella which will integrate with those new features.
I’ll post updates here and on twitter.
Also note that if you preserve your baseband with TinyUmbrella and go to 5.0b1, you will not be able to ‘fixrecovery’ until I am able to update it. Sorry – I just don’t have time to fix it at this moment.

After installing Adobe Flash on iOS platform for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad using frash, you can simply tap the flash content to see it. But instead loads and display the flash content in safari, frash displaying either _abort() food.c:43 or unexpected error on the “flash” block content.

What’s new on TinyUmbrella 4.30.04?
Added 8F202/4.3.1 support for AppleTV 2
Added 8F202/4.3.1 support for AppleTV 2. No other changes to report. I’m working on a complete rewrite for TinyUmbrella. Goals for the rewrite include: MUCH better linux support, unified device access across platforms, simple and elegant UI, automatic support of new firmware.
All of this will take some work, but will take a little bit of time. Bear with me!
TinyPwn is coming along – I’ve put HFS* support on the back-burner while I work on my unified device access library. It’s still a long way off so thank you all for your continued support. You guys rock!

These steps are exactly the same steps with previous jailbreak tutorial using sn0wbreeze 2.3b1, but you can enable Multitasking Gestures option in Settings, by selection expert mode instead simple mode on sn0wbreeze.
