Protect your iPhone with Case Marine

by Costea Lestoc on May 22, 2012

You have probably heard of Liquipel or HzO which are two incredible technological breakthroughs when it comes to protecting your iPhone from water damage. However, those two applies Nano coating to your iPhone but in the case of Case Marine, it is actually an iPhone casing which is water resistant till up to 10m in depth. There are a lot of good things that can be said about Case Marine and here are some of them.

The case is made out of polyurethane while the display cover is made out of acrylic resin. These are two waterproof components which made the Case Marine what it is today. However, as it blocks all ports (charging and headphone), you might find it a hassle to take off the case every day to charge your phone. It was said that with a few tries, you can get this done in a matter of 5 seconds. The good thing about Case Marine is that it is certified with the Japanese standards which is certainly good to know.

It is only available in Japan for now although it does have an interesting price tag of $38 for the full body protection or $15 without the back protection.
