How to Activate iPhone 4 without AT&T (micro) SIM Card?
This is a big question for people who bought their iPhone 4 from US Apple Store without having AT&T Micro SIM Card to activate iPhone 4, just like me.
If you don’t have official micro SIM card (AT&T), you can use phonebook SIM card instead.
I’m using DITS Phonebook SIM card
This is a normal SIM card, so I need to re-size it into micro sim card in order to be fit on iPhone 4 micro sim tray.

You might have iPhone 4 battery issue if you recently unlocked iPhone 4 using ultrasn0w 1.0-1.
Dev-Team has released ultrasn0w 1.1-1 with a few tweaked things that may help with standby battery life.
Here’s the official information from dev-team’s twitter account:
You can upgrade ultrasn0w by going to Cydia and let it downloading updates. Once done, you can search for “ultrasn0w” in Cydia, tap Modify, then Upgrade.

How to unlock iPhone 4 baseband 01.59.00 by using UltraSn0w 1.0-1
*Note: If you are still using ultrasn0w 1.0-1, please upgrade it to 1.1-1 to fix battery issue on iPhone 4
Before start unlocking iPhone 4, make sure you baseband (a.k.a modem firmware) version is 01.59.00

JailbreakMe supports:
* iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G running iOS 4.0 / 4.0.1 / 3.1.3 / 3.1.2
* iPad iOS 3.2.1 and iPad iOS 3.2
* All iPod Touches iOS 4.0 / 4.0.1 / 3.1.3 / 3.1.2
You must have an activated iPhone 4 and must be able to connect your iPhone to Internet, and browse by using Safari browser on your iPhone . If you have an iPhone which stuck on Slide for Emergency Screen and Connect to iTunes logo, you will not be able to use JailbreakMe.
