On April 25 Apple put WWDC 2013 tickets on sale and in just 2 minutes or 71 seconds, managed to sell about 4500-5000 tickets to developers. The rapidity with which tickets were sold, but also the fact that Apple began calling developers to provide ordered tickets have raised some red flags, and the creator of Instagram offers some interesting hypotheses. Basically many developers wanted to buy the tickets, but when they were trying to complete the order, an error page appear that soon turned into a Sold Out message.
Apple began calling those developers telling them that their orders are valid although not able to buy tickets through the website and appears that many people were contacted in this way. [click to continue…]

Samsung Galaxy S4, the latest high-end smartphone from Samsung, is shown as having superior camera to that available on iPhone 5, a new study recently made in France comparing the performance of the two devices. DxOMark is a software developed by the French company DxO Labs, the company is specialized in the analysis of image sensors and camera overall. About the French software, the results of which you can see below, the Samsung Galaxy S4 terminal offers a score of 75 points, 3 points more than the iPhone 5 and 2 points less than Nokia PureView 808.

In bright light, it’s a different story. The S4 makes good use of its fast efficient AF and robust and reliable auto-exposure systems to maximize image detail from the 13-Mpix sensor and deliver images with fully saturated color.
Samsung Galaxy S4 did better than iPhone 5 to record photos and videos, but Apple terminal generates greater photos and videos features, also the stabilization system works better. Samsung captures the detail pictures taken in bright conditions, the end result is superior to that offered by smartphones having 8 megapixel camera, for example. In low light conditions, the terminal did not do as well, but this you already know. [click to continue…]

Rumors on the release of an iPhone 5S and a cheaper iPhone with housings in various colors return today to our attention, a Japanese blog with reliable information in the past saying that both devices will be available in various colors. About the color of the cheap iPhone information came from two sources, the first of them saying that the device would be available in the colors: navy blue, gold, orange, white and gray, and the second gave the colors: white, pink, green, blue, yellow and orange. Although it seems strange, black is not among those that Apple would use them and this seems unlikely. Even so, the terminal is expected to go into production next month, following in the beginning of July to enter mass production.

iPhone 5S will have a dual-LED flash and a new hole for the microphone between the iSight camera and LED flash, but I have heard similar information in the past and they have not proven to be true. Regarding colors, carcasses may be available in classic black/white colors, but separate the device could be offered in colors: green and gold, the company finally would have between 3 and 5 color options for the device housing. With this article we will see two interesting plugins for WordPress: WPtouch and the new Onswipe that will solve each problem, in fact these extensions are created to be able to view a site even on non-PC devices. [click to continue…]
