I have tried EVERYTHING and I am still stuck on the itunes logo /emergency call screen.. it only lets me make emergency calls. I believe i accidentally updated the software to 3.1.3 when i first connected the iphone.. is there any way to go back? My Iphone has been rebooting for about 10 mins according to the PC but the iphone screen is blank any ideas??
