Today, Apple releases iOS 4.3.3 for all devices (except iPhone 4 CDMA model). iOS 4.3.3 update brings minor bugfix for iPhone and iPad 3G location data, as they promised in previous Q&A about location data.
iOS 4.3.3 Software Update
This update contains changes to the iOS crowd-sourced location database cache including:
- Reduces the size of the cache
- No longer backs the cache up to iTunes
- Deletes the cache entirely when Location Services is turned off
