redsn0w 0.9.6rc14 released by iPhone Dev-Team tonight. It’s an updated version of redsn0w 0.9.6rc13 which not supported iPhone 4 (GSM) yet. But now, iPhone 4 supported by redsn0w 0.9.6rc14.
What is redsn0w 0.9.6rc14?
redsn0w 0.9.6rc14 is an untethered jailbreak tool for iOS 4.3.2.
So, if you want to jailbreak iOS 4.3.2, you can use redsn0w 0.9.6rc14. redsn0w 0.9.6rc14 available for Windows and OS X (Mac).

Only a few weeks after the 4.3.1 untether created by @i0n1c was released, Apple pushed out firmware 4.3.2. Thankfully, it appears Apple didn’t have a chance to fix the hole used by @i0n1c’s untether, so he ported his code over to 4.3.2’s kernel. Today’s redsn0w has been updated to include it.
The 4.3.2 untether works on all devices that actually support 4.3.2 except for the iPad2:

Update #1: Until @i0n1c has a chance to fix the i4 version, we’ve removed the i4 untether from redsn0w (making it a tethered-only JB for i4 right now).
Update #2: redsn0w rc14 includes the fixed i4 untether from @i0n1c. You can re-run redsn0w rc14 right over the tethered rc13b to transform the i4 JB into an untethered one.

In order to unlock iPhone 3GS baseband 05.14.02 on iOS 4.1, baseband 05.15.04 on iOS 4.2.1, and baseband 05.16.00 on iOS 4.3 or iOS 4.3.1, you must install iPad baseband 06.15.00. There are some jailbreak tools you can use to install iPad baseband 06.15.00 to iPhone 3GS.
What is the advantage of install iPad baseband?
You can unlock the device using ultrasn0w and let any sim card to be used with the device.
What is the disadvantage of install iPad baseband?
1. You are voiding your warranty. If you get the device to service center and they found out the iPad baseband on your iPhone, your guarantee is voided.
2. You will loose GPS features.
However, this doesn’t permit usage of the GPS chip on the phone in all cases, with users only receiving partial results from cached GPS locations or cell tower triangulation, thus rendering the GPS function useless.
Hence, do not install iPad baseband 06.15.00 unless you are willing to accept such bad things about install iPad baseband.
