Knowing the best carrier to have is certainly important because having a good one would not only result in satisfaction but also saves money in the long run. However, like many things, there is definitely an application on that and this review we are making is about Carrier Compare which is a must-have application.
It is suitable for those that wants to know more about the carriers that are available around them and the performance that they deliver as compared with other carriers.
In a first glance through, the application is certainly one of the easiest apps to use in the App Store. It works rather simple. First, you will have to turn on the 3G data on your phone and then it will check the data against any other carriers around the region. This would normally take around 15 seconds. Once done, the data will be collected and then tabulated with comparison with each carriers. Previously, they have included signal strength as one of the matrics but later on removed them so that the app would comply with Apple’s developer agreement.
CarrierCompare is certainly an app worth checking especially when it is available free of charge on the Apple App Store.
